Any dispute not so resolved shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under its rules in force at the time, seated in Hong Kong, in the English language, before a sole arbitrator. Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
